5:00PM - Monday thru Friday we meet at the Ambler Student Recreation and Fitness Center (ASRFC).

Weekly training routines will generally include two harder workouts and three easier runs each week when there's no meet.  We also encourage members to coordinate and incorporate morning and weekend runs for those who schedules may be more flexible at those times.

    We understand that everyone has different goals and aspirations in athletics and we will do our best to serve every member as individually and personally as possible.  In order to accomplish this "personalization" we need help, because no ONE person would be able to personally attend to dozens of runners' unique ability and needs.  We have adopted training information and tables from the Daniels' Running Formula book, it holds a wealth of knowledge from a most qualified coach and scientist, Dr. Jack Daniels.  Visit our TRAINING page to find more information out.
